When to approach an Organizer?
- If you have non-urgent questions regarding security or first aid.
- If you spot a small fire that you were already able to extinguish yourself.
- For operational disruptions where no one is in immediate danger (power outages, Wi-Fi issues, etc.).
- If you suspect a crime or security issue.
- If you or someone else is lost.
- If you feel unwell and need help finding a local doctor or pharmacy.
What to do when you call 144?

- Explain clearly what happened.

- Answer all questions from the emergency operator.
- Follow the instructions given.
- Do not end the call until instructed to do so.
