Maximum Cap

Reimbursement for travel expenses is capped based on the total distance of travel:

Less than 100 km: No reimbursement is provided (0 CHF).
100 km to 500 km: Reimbursement is capped at 80 CHF
Over 500 km: Reimbursement is capped at 150 CHF.

Travel Policy Summary

Eligible Expenses: We cover standard travel costs (economy class flights, train, bus, and necessary local transit). We will NOT reimburse for business/first-class travel, seat selection fees, or checked baggage fees.
Required Documents: You must upload clear receipts for every expense. The receipts must show the purchase price, date, and vendor.
Payment: Payments will be processed via bank transfer.
