📋 Role Overview
- Wednesday — Hackathon Preparation (15:00–19:00)
Prepare the space and assemble goodie bags. Hand out badges to early arrivals.
- Thursday — Check-in & Registration (07:00–12:00)
Register hackers and help them find their teams.
- Thursday — Lunch, Venue and General Support (11:30–16:30)
Help with lunch service, provide general support, and assist with venue needs.
- Thursday — Dinner & Bar Support / Open-End Hacking Floater (16:00–00:00)
Provide general support, maintain space cleanliness, and offer info and guidance to hackers.
- Friday — Breakfast Support (07:00–12:00)
Help with breakfast service & general support of the venue
- Friday — Pitch/Awards Support & Jury Pitch & Awards Support (13:00–17:00)
Support jury pitches and help with pitch preparation.
- Friday — Bar & Clean Up Support (17:00–22:30)
Help with the bar, support the awards ceremony, and assist with closing down the venue.
